The mixed spinning cloth of anti-flaming
working suit is made of fabrics as below:
Nomex® fabric: heat-resisting and
anti-flaming fabric (meta-position aromatic polyamide)
Kevlar® fabric: high density and
low specific elongation fabric (para-position aromatic polyamide)
P-140 fabric: static-proof fabric (carbon
fiber winded with nylon)
Nomex®Cloth, Metmax Cloth, Metmax¢ó
Cloth, Metmax¢óA Cloth and DatarT Cloth are made of the three
fabrics in varied proportion.
Nomex® fabric has some excellences
as follow: high-intensity; high-wearability; low-contractibility;
steady chemical constitution; acid, alkali and organic solvent
resistance. Nomex® fabric's percent thermal shrinkage is
only 1% under two hundred and fifty degrees centigrade. Even
fire can not give birth to molten drop and toxic gas. Nomex®
fabric start to decompose beyond four hundred degrees centigrade
and the cloth thickening at the same time can stop heat transmission.
In addition, lightweight, high elasticity, gas permeation and
softness raise body comfort. Nomex® cloth can be washed
in any way in that the cloth's excellence root in Nomex®
fabric's inherent nature. Kevlar® bulletproof fabric mix
into Nomex® fabric can improve the cloth's breaking strength
and tearing toughness. Carbon fiber mix into Nomex® fabric
can enable the cloth's static-proof. Though after treatment
of oil-proof and waterproof, Nomex® cloth has advantages
like oil and water proof, soil removal.
