High-intensity
and High-density Polyethylene woven cloth is woven of High-intensity
& High-density Polyethylene long fiber. The fiber breaking
strength reaches 36g/D, 10 times that of high quality steel
fiber.
It is difficult to manufacture High-intensity
and High-density Polyethylene woven cloth because of the affect
of electrostatic. Our company research department and China
Textile Science Institution jointly resolved the technical difficulties
successfully. Using special weaving technique, we insure that
every warp fiber in the cloth have the same breaking strength
and so is weft fiber.
Tested by National Cotton Textile Quality
